Moving type big-bag filling machine can operate with 1 operator and 1 forklift with 30 ton / hour capacity.
Big-Bag filling machine is driven by electrical motor-reductor. After placing first bag on the related lever , the operator starts the station 1 and stops in front of the filling head. In the meantime, the 2nd bag is inserted into the related lever . After approaching the filling head in the first bag, the bag holding plunger holds the bag and the bag blow fan is activated. After the bag is swollen, the fan stops and the filter flap is activated and the goods begin to fill. After the filling is completed, the full bag is returned to the first station and the empty bag in the station 2 approaches the filling head and the bag 2 starts to fill. The process continues in this way.
